Our research aims to better understand the relationship between pelvic pain and mental health in women, girls, and those assigned female at birth, from painful periods in adolescence to hot flushes, body pain, and sleep problems in menopause.

We specalise in developing and testing treatment approaches that combine psychology, movement, and nutrition to help reduce pain and distress in women at all stages of the reproduction spectrum. We work closelys with the community, advocacy groups, and clinicians.
