This project will Adapt the Therapist-assisted Online Parenting Strategies (TOPS) program to provide effective support to parents of adolescents with elevated suicide risk (TOPS-SP) and conduct a pilot evaluation trial of TOPS-SP with parents of adolescents with elevated suicide risk.
We will assess whether accessing the program is associated with reductions in parental psychological distress and adolescent suicidal ideation.
