Quiet Minds for Cardio Kids is a world-first clinical trial that explores the effect of a tennis-based physical activity program for brain development and mental skills in children with and without ADHD.

About

Physical activity has been shown to support healthy brain development and mental skills (such as attention and memory) in children with ADHD.

However, while there is evidence speaking to the benefits of physical activity programs, these benefits differ from childĀ to-child, and there is limited understanding as to why.
The aim of this study is to investigate the benefits of a physical activity program for brain development and mental skills in children with and without ADHD.

We hope that this knowledge will improve our understanding of how physical activity benefits children with ADHD and assist us in developing targeted and effective physical activity programs for children with attentional difficulties.
