Our research in translation sciences explores how we can effectively translate and disseminate our research findings to drive action and create real-world impact.
We work with consumers, community groups, academics and across health and education systems to ensure our research influences policy and practice; promoting wellbeing, addressing risks to health and development and strengthening the settings where people are born, grow, work, live and age.
Our work
Our translation sciences group is supported by lived experience advisory groups, practice and policy experts and our systematic review hub. Through these mechanisms we provide researchers with the most up to date science on the effective ways to disseminate our research findings so that they can positively influence practice and policy in the area of human health and development.
Our expertise
Our researchers turn evidence into action through rigorous mixed-methods research, strong community and sector partnerships, and real-world evaluation. Our team excels at co-design, implementation science and continuous improvement approaches that ensure solutions are practical, scalable and create meaningful impact.
Knowing what drives lasting change informs the resources we create
We use these insights to influence policy, improve practice and empower communities.
